SharePoint Batch Check In?
The SharePoint Batch Check In will check in multiple documents in a SharePoint document library (picture library, form library etc).
Uploading documents often causes batch checked-out documents if the option “Require documents to be checked out before they can be edited” in Version Setting is selected. To make SharePoint check in multiple documents when uploading them at the same time, you can click “Upload Documents and Check In” under “Upload” menu.
To check in uploaded documents, you can click "Action" menu to enter SharePoint “Check in Multiple Documents” page. Like on SharePoint default Check In page, there are three kinds of version to choose. And you can select all documents by clicking checkbox on header of “Select Documents” section.
Besides, different permissions result in different display of checked out documents, which means only the documents that you have permission to check in will be displayed on this setting page; or else, only the documents checked out by you will be displayed.
